These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any digital products such as digital planners, eBooks, printables, presets and online courses sold on our Website. By purchasing a digital product from Third Eye Traveller, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Most importantly, you are aware that all products sold on the Website are digital and no physical products will be sent to you.

Third Eye Traveller discount code

All subscribers to the Third Eye Traveller mailing list receive an exclusive coupon code for a 10% discount off digital products in the Travel Shop.

This discount only applies to products created by Sophie Pearce/Third Eye Traveller and not products advertised from external websites such as Amazon etc.

The 10% coupon code does not expire and you can use the code as many times as you like to purchase items in the Third Eye Traveller Travel Shop.

If you lose or forget your coupon code, please log into my resource library with your password and it will be located at the top of the page.

If you have purchased a digital product and forgot to use your 10% discount code or discovered the discount afterwards, I cannot refund you the difference – sorry! But, you can use the code for your next purchase.

Purchase and Payment

To purchase any digital product, you must provide a valid payment method or a 100% discount code for free items. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.  Prices for our digital products are subject to change without notice. 

Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to access the digital product which is stored in our educational platform on Thrivecart. Please ensure you provide a valid email address to receive the download link.

You will need to create an account or log into the account you already have with Thrivecart to view and download the digital product and learning pathway.

The digital product will be delivered in a digital format (e.g. PDF, Online Modules, Lightroom Preset etc). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software and internet to access, download and use your digital product.

You are also aware that any external tools required such as a phone, tablet, note-taking app and stylus pen are not included in your purchase.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of these digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been delivered.

If you experience any issues with the download or the content of your digital product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you as best we can in resolving the issue.

Access and Duration of Agreement

The purchase of a digital product gives you indefinite access to the product, as long as the Website and associated business still exist.  

You acknowledge and understand that access to the digital product may occasionally be affected by third parties we use to provide the service to you and agree that you will not initiate any breach of contract action against Sophie Pearce/Third Eye Traveller for any reasonable delays or temporary technical issues in accessing the digital product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the digital product at any time without prior notice.  While we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, it is not required under the terms of this agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content included in the digital product, including text, graphics, images, and other material, is the property of Sophie/Third Eye Traveller and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The content you have purchased is for your own personal use only. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of any content or materials in the digital products is strictly prohibited.

We collect feedback for our digital products via Google Forms. You are under no obligation to provide feedback after your purchase but it is appreciated and helps us to improve our future digital products and services.

Product feedback is kept anonymous unless the reviewer consents otherwise. We will not share your review or feedback publically on the Website unless you specifically agree by checking the permission checkbox on the form.

The Website is under no obligation to share your review publically even if you consent for the Website to share it.
